Pessima Esperienza con Politica di Cancellazione e Servizio Clienti

Ho prenotato un camper aggiungendo l'assicurazione di annullamento per tutelasmi in caso di necessità di cancellare il viaggio. Purtroppo ho dovuto disdire per motivi personali con largo anticipo rispetto alle date previste.
Nonostante avessi acquistato l'assicurazione di annullamento e cancellato TRE mesi prima del viaggio programmato, l'azienda si è rifiutata di riconoscere la copertura e non ha rimborsato alcuna parte del mio anticipo. Questo è stato estremamente deludente, soprattutto considerando che ho fornito un preavviso più che sufficiente.
Ad aggravare la situazione c'è stato il loro sistema di assistenza clienti lento e inefficiente, che ha reso ancora più difficile la risoluzione del problema.
Sulla base di questa esperienza, non utilizzerò mai più questa piattaforma e non posso raccomandarla ad altri. La mancanza di trasparenza riguardo alla loro politica di cancellazione e il pessimo supporto clienti rendono questo servizio TERRIBILE

Poor Experience with Cancellation Policy and Customer Service

I booked a camper rental and added cancellation insurance to protect my trip in case I needed to cancel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel for personal reasons well in advance of my travel dates.
Despite having purchased the cancellation insurance and canceling THREE months before the scheduled trip, the company refused to honor the cancellation coverage and would not refund any portion of my deposit. This was extremely disappointing, especially given that I provided ample notice.
Adding to the frustration was their slow and inefficient customer service system, which made resolving this issue even more difficult.
Based on this experience, I will never use this platform again and cannot recommend it to others. The lack of transparency regarding their cancellation policy and poor customer support make this service TERRIBLE

We completely understand how frustrating it must be to cancel a trip you were looking forward to, especially under personal circumstances. Regarding the cancellation insurance, we’d like to clarify that this cover is provided through our external partner, Chapka. The terms and conditions, including the eligible reasons for cancellation and required documentation, are outlined at the time of purchase and in the policy document provided.

That said, we appreciate that insurance policies can be complex, and we’re always happy to help clarify how they work or assist with the claims process where possible. We’re sorry to hear that you found our support slower than expected—this isn’t the experience we want for any of our travellers, and we’re working to improve our response times during busier periods.
