I spend at least 2 hours per delivery chasing my parcel up. Every time, they mark the delivery as "attempted", but don't call, don't use the buzzer, and don't even leave a card.

Then, I have to do the delivery job myself and collect the parcel from wherever they dump it.

Such a waste of time - if I wanted to collect the parcel, I'd have selected that option at checkout. But, you don't really have a choice with these guys.
