they will not give you all your merchandise at the checkout. Double check everything before you leave or they will not give your items . I took a $98 loss. I contacted Corporate no response

DO NOT TRUST This company. Had them for over a decade not one claim until A guy hit me from behind and took off. Called the police they gave him a ticket he damaged my car and my spine. Unfortunately for me he also had State Farm insurance so they refused to pay my medical bills , they told me we were equally responsible for fixing our own cars. I had to handle the situation with an attorney. They are a horrible company and you are not in good hands.

Had a spinal injury was in ICU for weeks no access to my bank account. I incurred a few charges that were fraudulent. They disputed the charges sent me a new card a few weeks later mysteriously the same charges came through. PNC refused to waive fees or deal with the issue. Closed that account extremely unreliable bank

Extremely Poor Customer Service
This Is The Most Corrupt Bank I’ve Ever Dealt With. I placed a $176 order online June 2024. Never Received The Item. Merchant was a scammer. I Moved October 2024 and Contacted SoFi my bank at the time filed a dispute , they said the merchant provided proof the item shipped. The Problem was I had not lived at that address Since Oct 1st. I submitted proof of the address change with my insurance company and the United States Post Office They still denied my dispute and ruled in favor the scamming merchant. NEVER EVER Trust this bank they are corrupt. Closed my account immediately
