Randomly stops cooling on its own while…

Randomly stops cooling on its own while lights still work. Tried to get an exchange. Was told to go through Costco for exchange. Costco no longer carries fridge so can’t have it exchanged and Midea won’t send us a replacement as we didn’t buy it from them directly. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Solution for now is having to buy a WiFi fridge thermometer that can send me a notification if temp gets too high and then I have it plugged into a smart plug that I can turn power off and back on. So far that has gotten it to work again, but it is ridiculous to have to do this for a brand new fridge. I would stay away from Midea products, especially if bought from a third party.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Sold us a fridge that broke. Refuse to exchange it. Only option is to get a refund so I can buy a more expensive option. I’ve had nothing but good experience from Costco warehouse, but won’t be buying anything from Costco online again and will be dropping my membership to not support their online store
