Just ordered our first Arlo and Jacob sofa, however via the Outlet.
We’ve been speaking to Jess from the Solihull store for a few weeks about options etc and she’s been amazing.
Popped in today to discuss outlet sofa, Jess had details on sofa and showed us same type in store so we could try it out.
Jess was very informative and answered all our questions etc.
Above and beyond customer service even though we didn’t buy sofa via the store.
Can’t wait for our new sofa to be delivered.
