I did a lot of research on this bag, as I am about to travel around Europe for my graduation. And this backpack is absolutely cute and practical! However I only found out after placing my first order that I’m eligible for a student discount. So I placed a second order, and Stephanie was incredibly helpful in assisting me with the full return of the first one.
