Select deductible and coverage? Not so sure….

I selected the desired deductible and maximum coverage amount. During the purchase processes , it switched what I selected. It reverted back to the basic coverage option, I pressed edit. It would only allow one other selection from the basic, which was the largest policy. All options in between were not accessible, without any reason as to why. I need some coverage, better than none, so I took the only option .
