Had a great experience with Curtis...

I really like the idea that if there is a misunderstanding about an order made by phone, that a recording of the call can be readily accessed to determine the accuracy of the order fill.
Curtis was more than willing to listen to a recording a previous order and make an adjustment/change to the billing. That's the kind of help that's good to see.
