WORK EXPERIENCE
The approachable nature of leadership is an awesome for improvement.
Ability to interact with colleagues gives much opportunities to learn more on the job.
However, the places of convenience(Thus, toilets and urinals) as well as the Canteen must be given serious attention as the places are almost always dirty and unhygienic for use. There are sometimes no soap to wash with etc.
