Lovely team, but a few articles currently missing

The team were very helpful and respectful. There was a little delay in leaving the old house; but they moved as quickly as possible in unloading. However one large, valuable picture has gone missing, plus one or two small items. This is a serious loss.

Delightful, efficient and respectful team

The whole team were delightful. Elliot, Dan, Danny, Archie and Amin were friendly, efficient and respectful. They were very tolerant, especially with some unexpected difficulties such as moving the grand piano, which they eventually managed to move perfectly. Packing up the old house was done efficiently and with helpful advice. Not quite enough time was allocated on the day of the move, so we did end up leaving the house an hour and a half late, only partly due to traffic problems delaying their arrival. Despite this the team allowed us time to work out where we needed to put everything in the new house and worked as a unit all the way through.
