I apparently made a mistake during my registration which resulted with me not getting the bonus I was expecting. I went on the live chat and spoke to a real human called Dimitar who was extremely helpful and rectified my problem immediately. I'm very impressed with the service so far
I have actually recently stopped using another site cos it was impossible to speak to anyone but a bot who couldn't answer my question and wouldn't pass me on to a real person. I'm glad there are still some sites that understand the importance of customer service!
