On time delivery
My parcel came exactly on time and I was given all the updates on where my parcel is at. The driver was friendly and carried the heavy package up the stairs inside my door.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience with Flixbus. Bus was meant to leave from Birmingham to Bristol at 5.50pm but got delayed by 2hrs. Then when the bus came, we had to wait for another hour for a different driver to come. Communication was so bad and the driver himself was unsure whats happening. Then we get told we have to get on the next bus which is at 10pm. That ended up coming 10mins late. The driver of that bus was not expecting extra passengers. He left us on a service station 40mins away from Bristol at midnight because his driving time was over. Had to book an Uber and pay £35 just to get home. Otherwise they expected us to wait for another bus that would come from Birmingham in 2hrs, so that would be at 2am. Even though Flixbus is cheap, avoid at all cost. Never travelling by this company even if its for free.

Absolutely awful customer service by Danielle (on the receipt) in the Bristol Broadmead branch. Didn't bother answering when I said hello at the till. Had a rude attitude like she's doing me a favour by scanning the item I bought. Self service checkouts would be much better. She didn't even ask if I have a health and beauty card until I bought it up. And worst of all, she wouldn't accept my studentbeans ID because it didn't have my picture on it. Previously staff at superdrug have accepted it and offered great customer service hence why I'm a regular customer. Other staff members are nice and helpful but Danielle needs to change her attitude in a customer facing role.
