Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service by Danielle (on the receipt) in the Bristol Broadmead branch. Didn't bother answering when I said hello at the till. Had a rude attitude like she's doing me a favour by scanning the item I bought. Self service checkouts would be much better. She didn't even ask if I have a health and beauty card until I bought it up. And worst of all, she wouldn't accept my studentbeans ID because it didn't have my picture on it. Previously staff at superdrug have accepted it and offered great customer service hence why I'm a regular customer. Other staff members are nice and helpful but Danielle needs to change her attitude in a customer facing role.
