App and website are ok. Functionalities good.
You basically have to pay to use it.
The bad. You grow big enough to have a monopoly on the market and create a subscription trap for your users. Where there is demand there is greed, and these people capitalised on it. You might not find anything, but the fact that even a simple message for most adds that their AI deems to be a good offer is locked behind a paywall is just nasty.
