everything worked as planned. easy to set up an appointment, the communication portal (Audio/Video) worked first time. Help number worked as was answered by a live human within 1 minute. Provide was pleasant and professional. Verbal advice was clear and precise-paper guidance on the way. the only think I would add is that it would be helpful to add--and this was my experience-- there way a short delay in the provider joining the call-a few minutes. Remember these are all real people and not avatars! So being human things may take a little longer. Advising people that there might be a short delay--as with everything in the human world--before the provider joins a call might be helpful. Be patient. Thank you.
