I've had my flat that is managed by LSH for well over 10 years. In that time I have only had to deal directly on a handful of occasions.

Today i have had to call to report a leak in the ceiling due to the flat upstairs which is currently empty.

I was put in touch with my Property Manager Millie who has reached out to the Landlord of the property on my behalf to resolve the issue. After a brief phone call a plumber has been scheduled to attend and i have been updated throughout.

Web portal is very easy to use and responses to any queries were handled quickly.
