Excellent portal and awesome customer service. Michael went up and beyond to help me with my situation. Michael's and his teams' efforts have earned a loyal customer who will stick with them for a substantial time. I am preparing for CPTS and planning to do more of their certs. Their certs, machines, modules and labs are the best I have found out there. Once again, thanks Michael from technical support system for helping me out with my issue. It meant a lot the way you resolved that issue.
