The experience has gotten worse over…

The experience has gotten worse over the years. It seems like each year, the service is worse. For example, they now require you to manually verify your identity using ID and/or a substitute prior to shipping. Other providers don't ask for this. Additionally, the payment often doesn't go through, when other providers have no issues. Lately, I've had on and off issues even just signing in. There is a 2 factor authentication system that seems to only send the verification code when it feels like it. Lastly, the representatives for the company are pretty rude. I've had the displeasure of speaking to one on the phone and I wouldn't recommend it.

Free version of app is useless

Free version of app is useless. It doesn't work at all. You cannot search for anything. The page is completely unresponsive. I have not been so frustrated with a website in months.

One of the worst hosting services I…

One of the worst hosting services I have ever interacted with. Relentless upselling for things that you DO NOT NEED. They even try to hide the free option from you. The contracts have fine print that is absolutely ridiculous. For example, they do not make it clear that you cannot use external nameservers, which is not normal at all and is a dealbreaker. Additionally, their customer support will withhold information in an attempt to make you pay for things. For example, they want you to pay for email dns settings. That's insane. They charge $70+ for a site migration from THIER OWN servers. Same when it comes to SSL. They'll deliberately sabotage your SSL so that you pay for their bogus SSL program. I haven't even got to talk about their god awful uptime yet. It feels like every 2-3 hours the website will suddenly and randomly shut down for minutes at a time. They messed up a website migration that I was able to complete by myself in less than an hour. They waste your time on purpose, often for multiple days, hoping that you'll cave and sign up for one of their additional services. One more thing, if you have two plans with them at the same time, their user interface will begin to glitch and shut down. Stay away from this awful company. Better off elsewhere.
