The experience has gotten worse over the years. It seems like each year, the service is worse. For example, they now require you to manually verify your identity using ID and/or a substitute prior to shipping. Other providers don't ask for this. Additionally, the payment often doesn't go through, when other providers have no issues. Lately, I've had on and off issues even just signing in. There is a 2 factor authentication system that seems to only send the verification code when it feels like it. Lastly, the representatives for the company are pretty rude. I've had the displeasure of speaking to one on the phone and I wouldn't recommend it.
