I sold a $1300 item on ebay. A month later the buyer requested a return but mailed in a different item. Ebay noticed that and denied his refund. But the buyer went to his credit card bank and did a chargeback through ebay which was approved. Ebay reimbursed the scammer and demanded i reimburse ebay or they would hurt my credit score. Dont sell on ebay.

The products are good and the pricing is fine. What is awful is the shipping. My order shipped via UPS surepost. When shipping UPS surepost, Vistaprint chose the option to hold the package for delivery until the predetermined delivery date. My package arrived to my local ups hubs where my friend worked on friday at 6am. However since the estimated delivery was set for monday, ups was forced by vistaprint to hold it over the weekend. Which is awful. Shame on you vistaprint.
