Terrible service and the policy of requiring 30 days notice on a 30 day rolling contract is just predatory. Stay well away. Eir is cheaper with far superior service provided.

Over 1 year ago Dpd lost half of my parcel and damaged the other half. They changed the original box and failed to inform me. This mean the original sender refused a refund as they say their parcel was tampered with.
Dpd admitted to tampering with the parcel but refuses to take responsibility. They now won't even return my calls or reply to an email.

Do not use these cowboys if you can avoid it.
