Easier than the "in airport" rental counters
Check in and check out process was very easy. Their communication by text message before hand to make sure I knew exactly what to do and where to go to catch the shuttle were a breeze. Usually I rent from one of the "in the airport" car rental desks, but I actually found vivarent easier. People were easy to work with and efficient
