From the moment Mark first viewed and valued the property to the tenants moving in, he has been incredibly attentive—always quick to answer my calls, respond to messages, and keep me updated at every stage - I’ve really appreciated how proactive he’s been.
The property was let really fast, and everything went smoothly. It’s clear he knows the market well and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience.
Shoutout also to Zoubida and Nith for helping to organise get all the certificates sorted and managing the property for the tenants and looking after their issues/queries. The tenants have just moved in, and the whole process has been stress-free from start to finish.
