High level appliance store LOW LEVEL SERVICE

Supposed to be high level appliance store but beware their service and accountability for their products is BELOW LOW standards. Total nightmare for a $2000+ refrigerator purchased and delivered in December. Three months later unit stopped working. April-May, 5 techs sent out and still not functioning. Over $200 dollars of food spoiled. As a “courtesy” they finally agreed to send out a loaner that did not fit and took up 3 quarters of my kitchen (After a month, the loaner was agreed ONLY because I have medication that needs to be refrigerated). Offered and insisted I accept a replacement that was not my initial color or any color to match my other appliances. When I said I needed same color, they said I would have to wait weeks. All along the way, non responsive and nasty as if it is the consumer’s fault. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. First, they said they would get me a reimbursement for my food, now, they will not honor that. Totally unacceptable and no one should do business with such a shady company.
