Absolute scam! Stay away unless you want to give them your house for almost free!!! The offer of 80-85% market value and a fast sale is a scam!
Made an offer significantly below market value, then revised their offer to another significant drop that was utterly appalling, and then wanted to do a survey, no doubt to try and eventually get the property for free! They are also extremely slow at processing anything. What an absolute scam! Awful stay away. If I could rate less I would scum
