Avoid beauty box subscription!
Month 5 and still trying to cancel the beauty box subscription. Had 4 emails now from LookFantastic advising the subscription will be cancelled and yet again I have been charged via Klarna for it. I raised this with Klarna and they responded to me advising LookFantastic declined my request to cancel. I’ve now let the full 12 months run and am still being charged. What do I need to do to cancel this subscription?…Do not sign up for this!!

Subscribed to the beauty box subscription, however when the subscription had lapsed, I requested to cancel the subscription, where they sent me an email confirming the subscription would be cancelled but Klarna kept on take taking the payment from my account. I raised a ticket with Klarna and uploaded the confirmation email from Look Fantastic confirming that my subscription would be cancelled, however Klarna then said Look fantastic had not cancelled the subscription and they continued to take payment from my account. I emailed Look Fantastic again who confirmed that the subscription had been cancelled only to find out again the following month that Klarna had taken the payment again?? If you subscribe to the beauty box subscription, please be aware that it is impossible to cancel the subscription and you will be continually billed for months on end for boxes that you’ve tried to cancel for months on end. I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for approx 4 months now and yet every month they still take the payment.
If you want to subscribe to the beauty box, please so do so with caution, as it is impossible to cancel. I now get 2 boxes every month that I have not subscribed to and they still take the payment without my consent… bad service!
