Fantastic product!!! 100%satisfaction

I am very pleased with the quality of this product!!! The wood veneer hub had excellent customer service with prompt resolution when I received an incorrect batch.
My clients are beyond thrilled with the results.

Their first priority is NOT customer…

Their first priority is NOT customer oriented. Their ordering system is poorly run…they cannot make an address correction once an order is placed and refuse to issue refunds on unused/unpackaged items.
I’m a designer who mistakenly ordered (2) dressers instead of (1). When I called the company to initiate a return, they were unwilling to issue a refund or help me come up with a creative solution. So, now I’m stuck with an $1800 dresser that I have to reimburse my clients for….I am VERY disappointed in their “customer service” and will never order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
