Your response to problem was instant even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I don't have time to go further but I did appreciate your quick service even though I should have been notified a month ago. I will check my credit card to follow for credit but most of the vendors I deal with don't charge me until items are shipped so shame on you for not giving me an immediate refund when you knew it wouldn't be delivered. I should ask for interest.
