I placed order which remained processing for a few days ,Unsure what was happening, no confirmation recieved .Got worried after reading
reviews. Contact made to customer service via website .Email recieved order out for delivery 2/3 days. Suprised when I received Large wall clock the following day . Pleased that it arrived with no damaged ,well packed. Happy with purchase. Only downfall communication .

Thank you for the feedback. We have just recovered from a very difficult few weeks, as were beset with issues with our customer emails.
