I never recieved my medication and I…
I never recieved my medication and I contacted youy by phone which wasn't easy to gain access to you. The person I talked to informed me that the items had been delivered to the wrong postcode, stating that it was SK6 2PS and NOT SK6 2PG. I'm not sure how the person who i was talking to knew that it had been delivered to this postcode and when i looked on Google maps, it was Marina Road, and not Highfield Par Road. When I checked the Royal Mail tracking, it showed the medicine parcel under a white tarpaulin sheet. This was definately not my address. The Royal Mail said that I should contact the sender and so the reason behind my contacting you by phone. The automated help line on your web site does not provide a link to follow if the medication is not delivered. I was frustrated with the person I was talking to as they seem more concerned with sending a query to Royal Mail and missing the point that I do not have my medication. I still not had the medication delivered and I sent another request for the items on your website and yoour automated message stated that it was with my GP for approval, this was on Thursday the 05/06/2025 and I have not heard anything since. The situation is I have now run out of medication, the original order has not been delivered and there is no indication that a new order has been produced. Am I not allowed the medicines because of the first order was sent out? The person i talked to kept saying to me that 'the order had been delivered', which upset me as it may have been delivered, but not to me.
