The experience from start to finish is incredible! I ordered my sunglasses Monday and received them Thursday morning. I received constant updates regarding the status of my parcel. I was a little concerned with the massive undercut in price compared to other retailers such as Sunglasses Hut (visual click was £130 cheaper) and some of the negative reviews but do not let that put you off. Highly recommend!!
