*I would like to note that the person who came to do my EPC was absolutely fantastic, bang on time, super friendly and had my EPC back the same day.*

However my experience with energyperformancecertificates.co.uk wasn't the best.

I initially paid and was not assigned anyone for the job, then I had to reach out myself, and was given someone to contact myself who I tried twice on the phone with no answer. I went back to the customer service team (who were very responsive) who said that my job had been reassigned to someone else but I hadn't been informed. I then had to contact the person myself again as no one contacted me.

All in all great price and happy with the result, just not the best operationally in my opinon.
