Worst service provider to ever try and contact or email you will get no assistance. My banking details was used for an unauthorised amount and I have sent proof and over 50 emails to every email address for them and supersonic- the company that they sub to, even to fraudhelp @MTN advising that I was emailed by them saying my banking details was used for another client and attached the proof also called and still not been refunded nor been contacted. Rather choose another provider and this is not the reputable company that they used to be.It is very sad.

Very unprofessional..my banking details was used for another client and their amount of 3000 was debited off my account instead of 399..breech of popi act...and to date nothing has been done even though I emailed every email address that I have found... they say escalated to billing department but I even emailed the billing department..think twice before trusting MTN or supersonic.
