Ooma is Terrible Service
Porting process was one of my worst experiences in my professional career. AS a small business owner was looking for smooth transition which is what Ooma promised. It was nothing but headache and lost revenue due to porting errors and Ooma employees that didnt know what they were doing. You call Ooma and have to go through 4-5 levels of support where at each level they forget your original problem all the while your service doesn't work. Oh and while I lost $1000s Ooma offers a rebate of $100 for my troubles. Screw You Ooma
