Dimitar was a quality customer service agent. I was curious as to why I’d never been offered any sort of bonus or free spin or anything and so I asked why as most other apps do that. I said I’ve spent a lot of money on the app so thought I’d ask. He was great and reviewed my account and offered me a no deposit bonus in the casino. I could have chosen a sports bet but I opted for that. Excellent customer service and as 10bet is my favourite app anyway this has just cemented that fact even more!
