Unpleasant shopping experience experience.
We do not recommend Debenhams to people.
Item was damaged.
Packaging was very poor no protection for the item.
I was entitled to free delivery but was charged for delivery, no response to my request for a refund on the delivery. It took 3 days for an agent from Debenhams to respond to me.
No mention of my refund for delivery.
Save yourselves the unpleasantness and stress.
