The worst customer service Ive ever experienced
The products itself are amazing. But this company is the worst I've ever had contact with. The first order I did, they didn't had the products in store and it took over 6 months to deliver it. They told me that they would pay back my shippingcost, which they never did. I run out of all the packages and decided to do a new delivery. I transferred the money by bank and after that it was complete radio silence. Trying to get in contact with them was terrible. They ignore almost all messages. Also the phone number isn't available when calling. After emailing them every day, (this was going on for months) they said again, that they will transfer back the shipping cost. Ofcourse, never happend. And finally I got my packages. But it were the wrong products. I still try to get in touch with them, but all my messages are ignored. I would not recommend to order here. This was my last time. I cant sell my packages like this. Also, they dont sent an invoice, which is terrible when you have your own company, because the tax isn't refundable. I also asked for this months, but is also ignored.
