I placed an order on September 10th, but since then no one has contacted me or replied to my emails. I still haven’t even received a tracking number.

Natural products that work..I wasn't sure but after trying Dermagic I am converted. The lotion is doing wonders for my dogs skin and when I what's app them any questions they are very helpful.DHL delivered in 24 hours and I have just ordered more.

My Pomeranian is responding well to the DERMagic System. He tolerates the shampoo and conditioner easily, and the rescue lotion is effective. It’s still early to tell if there will be significant improvement after a full month of using DERMagic. Since these are natural products, they require patience, so I’m hoping to see more results over the next month or two. Overall, he’s doing better and his skin condition is improving. Hair is starting to regrow in some areas, though the progress is gradual. Every pet responds differently, so patience is key.

Our Pomeranian hada dark rash on her belly that was spreading, and shewas losing energy and appetite. The vet's steroids helped temporarily, but the problem returned. Dermagic lotion works just aswell as the steroids and is improving both her skin condition and overall health. Her appetite is back and she has much more energy now. The ream at Dermagic europe has been wonderful with their advice, and we're extremely pleased with the results.

This lotion really helped my 3 year-old West Highland White Terrier's skin problems. My dog has a skin condition that makes her skin dark and causes hair loss. After using this lotion for a fewweeks, her skin changed from dark grey to healthy pink and feels soft and smooth. She even enjoys when I rub it in. I'd recommend this product to anyone whose dog has skin issues.

I just started using the Dermagic skin rescuse lotion and shampoo for my dog's skin issuse, so it's too early to see results yet so I'll update this review in a few weeks as hoping for much improvement...,What I love is that it's made with natural ingredients instead of harsh chemicals. i used to mix my own oils and aloe for her skin problems, so finding Dermagic has been great.It's rare to find dog skin products that are completely natural. Rhe company has excellent customer service too - they respond fast when you have questions. If your dog has skin troubles, this lotion is worth trying.

After just two weeks of using the lotion, we began noticing new hair sprouting on our Pomeranian. Three months later, the transformation is remarkable. Given that our specialist had diagnosed her with Alopecia X and told us to expect permanent hair loss, we're thrilled with how much her coat has filled back in. I got the lotion for my Pom who lost her coat in her back end and tail. I massage in daily and rub it in very well and she's fine with that. I am now starting to see a hair growth so I am really happy. It's a slow process but drug free which is very good. So I am hoping with more time all of the hair will come back.

Spritz shampoo and lotion have been the only thing that has worked for my pets alopecia. I have used the brand for around two years. My dog had patches of black skin, missing hair and was not looking good. She now has a lovely coat and nearly all of it has returned. I tried the VET and nothing helped: drugs made my dog unhappy. Dermagic has been our only true cure. Superb brand.

After nearly seven months of using Dermagic's line -the lotion, shampoo, and conditioner - I'm amazed by the transformation in my Pomeranian's Coat. When we started my boy had been dealing with what appeared to be Alopecia which had caused significant hair loss. The recovery took patience and consistency, but the results speak for themselves - my dog's fur has not only grown back completely, but it's actually more beautiful and luxurious than before the condition started. What impressed me beyond the product results was how supportive and encouraging the Dermagic customerservice team wasthroughout our journey. Their guidance made all the difference. The products itself are amazing. But this company is the worst I've ever had contact with. The first order I did, they didn't had the products in store and it took over 6 months to deliver it. They told me that they would pay back my shippingcost, which they never did. I run out of all the packages and decided to do a new delivery. I transferred the money by bank and after that it was complete radio silence. Trying to get in contact with them was terrible. They ignore almost all messages. Also the phone number isn't available when calling. After emailing them every day, (this was going on for months) they said again, that they will transfer back the shipping cost. Ofcourse, never happend. And finally I got my packages. But it were the wrong products. I still try to get in touch with them, but all my messages are ignored. I would not recommend to order here. This was my last time. I cant sell my packages like this. Also, they dont sent an invoice, which is terrible when you have your own company, because the tax isn't refundable. I also asked for this months, but is also ignored.

It's a scam. I placed an order for 178€. I haven't received anything and no one responds to my emails.
