Issue with the central heating boiler. Ryan and Alan from British Gas arrived and were professional, courteous and respectful during the visit. The problem with the heating was dealt with efficiently and quickly. They also enquired about heating and hot water use for the household and advised the best way to programme the timer for both heating and hot water which would save energy usage going forward. I can't thank them enough. Fantastic service!

Easy to book appointment via mobile phone and text. Called in advance to confirm arrival time which was within time scales set. Prompt and efficient service. Staff member that came to do the service very courteous and pleasant. No mess or disruption. Overall an excellent experience.
