Absolute sh!te!! How they've got decent reviews on Feefo makes me doubt Feefo.
Got the delivery wrong, product was damaged, weren't really bothered getting right for us.
Very politely said "we care about customer service but we're not going to change it so that you're happy." Manners is not good service, I wish we'd never bought from them. Making me glad I've done business with you is good service

The website works as you'd expect a website will do but the courier side of the process needs reviewing. It was hard work. Bear in mind they are selling items for a construction site, they want to deliver them to your home address between 8pm and 6pm. It's just not practical

Thanks for the review the couriers will deliver to the address they are given. Please send us some more details to investigate further. We have delivered to hundreds of construction sites to the site office over the years but would like to understand th issues with this one so we can irradicate the issue in future
