I am loyal customer since 2012. I bought components for several DIY PCs , TVs and numerous household appliances.
1) Pretty much always the best prices in Switzerland, but I recommended to check toppreise.ch first!
2) Excellent and fast website and a great app for the iPhone. Countless search filters, most of the time correct product descriptions, retailer SKU numbers etc
3) Same day delivery, if ordered before 11:30 and next day delivery for everything in stock if ordered before 5pm
4) Customer service is great, in case of a warranty claim you get a free of charge return label.
5) You can resell old hardware conveniently through your order list directly on their website, but only products which were bought through Digitec.
