I purchased my first car from this…

I purchased my first car from this garage, and within just a few weeks, the turbo failed. I contacted the business, and they initially assured me the issue would be resolved within a few days. However, after several delays, they informed me they were unable to fix it themselves and sent the vehicle to another garage. Unfortunately, the issue still remained unresolved.

By this point, my car had been in their possession for nearly a month, which I found completely unacceptable. Throughout this period, the owner repeatedly promised the car would be ready “within a few days” or “by tomorrow,” yet these commitments were never fulfilled.

When I finally received the vehicle I had discovered it had been returned in a dirty and unkempt condition. There were coffee stains, food remnants, and used cups left inside the car, reflecting a clear lack of care and professionalism.and after half an hour my car went back into its original state , unfixed and still had a flat turbo.

The overall customer service experience was poor and far below reasonable standards. It appeared as though the garage deliberately prolonged the process to run down the warranty period. When I raised my concerns, I was advised to take the car to another garage, with the promise that the cost would be fully covered. However, when presented with the bill of £250, they only agreed to cover £150.but I also had get another service which added the bill up to £370.

In summary, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. My time, money, and energy were wasted, and the original issue was never resolved. I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage.
