I tried to write a review on the viator website and the refused to post it. Fearing their customers would find out their scam. Here it is:

Instead this company scammed
This is a scam. I purchased a day visit to the red sea with day use hotel room for 3 people and snorkling. Instead this company scammed us. We got a dirty room fit for only 2 people, it's a 5 minute drive to the beach, so not day use. It was filthy with rotten food in the fridge and hair all over the bed. I chose the option wiyh 4 out of 6 photos showing snorkling. When we got here, they said no snorkling and had me sit in a hot room for an hour. Its now 3 hours into our ruined trip and I am still just sitting here. I have asked them to transfer me to the company that provides the excursion in their advertised photos. They have just ignored me. I wish I could upload the photos

As with many of these reviews. The proctor lied about me being on screen and ended my test. I have already filed complaint.
