Ooma Service Cancellation Nightmare
Think twice before signing up for Ooma. Canceling their service is intentionally difficult—you must call to cancel, and when you do, you're met with a rigid script and aggressive scare tactics, especially around losing 911 access. No matter what you say, they push hard to keep you from leaving. Be warned: this is not a simple or customer-friendly process.
