Avoid Avis car hire at Brindisi Airport at all costs. The customer service is appalling with agents consistently using tactics to sell add ons. I have been charged twice and adhered to all T's & C's. Almost all customers ahead of me had numerous issues when dealing with Avis agents, ranging from incorrect drivers on bookings, no booking at all despite arranging and booking ahead, changes of vehicle that was not booked and down grading of cars. It is the worst car hire customer experience I have ever encountered. Complete rogues!

Absolutely shocking customer service from EE. If I could give them a zero here I would.
A completely disillusioned call handler who was supposed to be a Tech!!
Sighing throughout the call, leaving long gaps between speaking, not listening to the query and asked the same question numerous occasions. Query still not resolved - I finally gave up; perhaps that what what she was hoping! Website not updated with my account info for months, says I am on a different plan. All round a shambles. Will end my contract as soon as able for a different provider after being a customer for 25 years! Stay away!
