Horrible company

Horrible company - scam - it has been 6 weeks and item has not arrived - I have reached out several times and I get bogus looking updates on shipping, but no ETA - claims to have cleared US customs 10 days ago and no tracking info. I paid for two day shipping - BEWARE and avoid. They did offer me a $10 credit on my next purchase - HAHA

Rip off

Rip off. I ordered last night then looked at exchange policy. Exchange only. No refunds even if stylist doesn’t get it right. First return free then you pay. I tried to cancel just hours after placing order. They finally agreed, but charged a $25 fee. For what? The order wasn’t being processed certainly not shipped. Rip off and bad customer service. Beware. The order was placed after midnight and I cancelled within 3 hours. Are your “stylist” working 24 hours? I tried calling to cancel, but got automated system telling me your office was closed and gave me the business hours. So again - the fee is a rip off

Since we are a stylist curated clothing subscription and we offer marked down retail prices on premium menswear brands we only offer exchanges. We do our best to clearly communicate this during the checkout process and in our FAQs.

Regarding the $25 cancellation fee — we understand your frustration. We did issue a refund for your box and that fee helps cover the early stages of stylist curation and operational processing that begin shortly after an order is placed, even if it hasn’t shipped yet. That said, we’re always open to reviewing individual cases.
