I ordered to Spain and the whole experience was a joy - incredibly fast shipping and carefully packaged items. I can tell that my order was prepared with such care (it even had a small handwritten note), which made it even more fun to open. Would definitely recommend The Bear Garden :)

Be aware that when you order, you will not get a replacement for faulty items. I ordered a dress that arrived with stains, delivered in a ragged paper bag. When in touch with customer service, I was told I could arrange my own return via FedEx and place a new order, though the dress was already sold out. The attitude is incredibly do-it-yourself, especially for making EU customers pay 5.90 euros for delivery regardless of how much you spend.
