BEWARE! FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
1st order: Arrived damaged — no refund given.
Reorders: Tried over 20 times, kept getting auto-cancelled and refunded at worse exchange rates without awareness that each click was successfully processing on my payment method.
3rd order: Lost by UPS due to address error on their end. Provided proof it wasn't delivered properly, but they still refuse to refund.
Now pursuing cc dispute actions to recover my money.

Deserving of 0 stars. Sparing you the details of countless neglected packages; products being returned to sender before even one delivery attempt; word salad customer service teams that make things from worse to worst, I’ve reached a point where I can only shop from retailers that guarantee they will not use UPS as a shipping partner.
