NO DELIVERY! NO REFUND
I ordered iPads and was told there would be a 2-month delay. I was patient and understanding, but the company eventually admitted they couldn’t fulfil the order. I received a polite email saying I would be refunded, only to be told later that I now have to claim the money back through my credit card provider. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor service and lack of accountability. Awful company — avoid at all costs!
