Osprey customer service
I recently bought an Osprey rucksack. I had advice on adjusting it from the helpful assistant at the shop where I purchased it then promptly forgot!
I contacted Osprey as I didn’t fully understand the instructions that came with the rucksack.
Stephanie at the customer care team was able to explain the torso adjustment in a way that I could understand.
