Best customer service

Best customer service! We had a problem with one of our nightstands when delivered (no fault of LG) and Layla Grayce was top notch to work with. They coordinated all of the replacement details and communicated through the entire process and advocated for us. We have gotten our replacement and love our nightstands! We would 100% use Layla Grayce again to purchase items for our home

Great system until it wasn’t

Loved my chilipad system so much I bought 2 of them, but once they broke I spent months reaching out to customer service to have repairs done with no response. An expensive system that works great until it doesn’t

We checked our records, and it looks like we did respond to your support request. We understand how understand how frustrating it can be when a product you love is no longer serviceable.

Since the company went through some changes, we’re now operating as a much smaller team and are only able to offer warranty replacements at this time. While we no longer provide repair services, we’re still committed to supporting our customers as best we can within those limits.
